Transportation:
This part of Los Angeles is lovely, but not walkable (with the exception of Old Town Pasadena). We recommend renting a car or being prepared for lots of Uber.

Saturday November 8, 2025
Please arrive between 5:00 and 5:30 pm, for cocktails and appetizers.
Woman’s Club of South Pasadena
1424 Fremont Ave, South Pasadena, CA 91030
Ceremony and concert start at 6:00pm sharp. The bar will be closed during the show, so please make sure you have your cocktail in hand by then!
Dinner, drinks, and party will be from the close of the show around 7:30 to 10:45 pm. Doors close at 11:00pm (unfortunately – city ordinance).
DIETARY RESTRICTIONS
We will have a lovely buffet that will cover vegan, vegetarian, gluten free, and dairy free diets.
PARKING
There is ample free street parking around the venue in a safe, residential neighborhood. You might have to walk a block or two and pay attention to signs. We recommend looking up and down Fremont and Fair Oaks, on the little streets between Fremont and Fair Oaks, and on the other side of Fremont.
But we encourage you: take Uber/Lyft. We’ve seen you all around an open bar – and the drinks at this event will be delicious!

Bathrooms:
There are 4 bathrooms at the venue. There is one off the main hall, one upstairs, and two more in the backstage area. Please don’t use the backstage restrooms during the show, however.
Day-of Questions:
On the day of the event, please do not try to call or text us. Our phones will be off. If you have an issue with which you need assistance, please contact our friend Angela at 310-706-8260, who will be able to assist you.
Illness:
If you are sick, it is your gift to us to stay home and protect everyone else! We will not be offended and nothing will be wasted
FRIDAY NIGHT
We will be gathering for cocktails with out-of-town friends and family – and anyone else who’d like to join – at Nativo in Highland Park 5137 York Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90042 from 10:00pm onwards.
DAY-AFTER PARTY
On Sunday, we will have an open house 1:00pm til at least 11 pm at our home 2315 Holgate Square, Los Angeles, CA 90031.
Come join us to hang out, enjoy the sunset from the roof deck, sing karaoke, and have fun! We particularly want to see more of our out-of-town guests!
Please park on the way up the hill or on Broadway, don’t park around the square- those spots are for our neighbors.
